This one-day Introduction to Project Management course will provide an overview of the process and offer guidance on: Identifying which project planning techniques should be implemented, and when; Identifying PM techniques to suit the specific project; Recognising that not everything is a project; Recognising the importance of people within the process; Understanding what it is to be a project manager; Knowing when to (temporarily) relinquish control to ensure the project progresses; Managing the five stages of a Project – Planning, Launch, Monitoring, Closing and Evaluation.
