These interactive Development Days are designed to help professionals across all industries unlock their potential, enhance workplace effectiveness, and build skills that support both personal and organisational success. The programme will combine directed pre-study with an in-person, facilitated training day focused on real world application and classroom impact totalling two days of CPD per participant.
