great customer service. Gain practical experience across dining and bar service, housekeeping,

reception and more. Interact daily with guests, colleagues, managers, and suppliers to ensure

a smooth and welcoming experience for every visitor. Expect to work flexibly, adapt to different

tasks, and support the day-to-day running of operations using a range of specialist tools,

technology and hospitality systems—all while building confidence and expertise in a fast-paced

environment. You’ll be supported every step of the way by your own HIT Vocational Trainer,

with regular face-to-face and online sessions. We’re also specialists in English and maths

– we’ll assess your needs and give you tailored support if you need a boost.
