Leading through crisis: how to lead calmly in high stakes situations
Aimed at those leading high risk, high stakes organisations often under scrutiny and delivered by a former prison service national Gold Commander. This short course builds awareness around contingency planning, command and control and incident management strategies. Participants will be equipped with the tools and skills to prepare for high risk incidents, to manage the immediate response, and to capture and embed learning to reduce the likelihood of occurrence/severity of impact in the future.
