A Food and Beverage team member may work in a range of establishments for example restaurants, bars, cafes, counter service, licensed premises, and coffee shops. The role is varied and although food and beverage team members tend to specialise in roles such as bar person, waiter or waitress and food and beverage assistant, they should be ready to support team members across the business. Communicating efficiently and effectively and creating a positive and comfortable environment are key to this role.
