This course is the fourth in a six-part series designed to develop participants from foundational management skills through to advanced leadership capabilities. It focuses on transitioning from managing tasks to leading people by cultivating the right mindset and behaviours. Key topics include growth mindset, pessimism v's realism and beliefs and behaviours.
