In this half-day session we will:

– define a tangible set of features and understand why this can produce the criteria for progress milestones or a payment schedule.

– communicate effectively with software developers to report software bugs.

– establish who owns the code, or any intellectual property developed

– examine the ‘tech stack’ proposed for your project and who is responsible for maintaining it.

– understand potential running costs and unexpected costs to maintain the software over time.
