High potential employees will complete an emotional intelligence assessment to identify 15 emotional traits that can be developed for fast tracking performance and becoming a communication champion. Day 1 looks and understanding EI and the assessment results in the context of learning potential and relationships. Day 2 focuses on 360 feedback and activities with horses to develop a conscious awareness of our impact on others.
