The Vogue Programme
Apprentices will complete a behavioural assessment to identify their strengths in a team environment. The first 1 day provides contextual feedback as a group to develop an emerging awareness of personal and team strengths and how that plays out in job roles and in relationships at work. Apprentices when spend the second day taking part in activities and learning with horses to bring their strengths to life and to obtain feedback on their non-verbal communication. This workshop is designed to support businesses with the onboarding of new talent.
